Brief
Buena Fé is the world’s first 100% organic tequila-based cocktail-in-a-can. Made in Jalisco, Mexico — the birthplace of tequila — their ready-to-drink cocktails are an encapsulation of Mexican craftsmanship, quality ingredients and pure refreshment. We worked with Buena Fé to create a name and develop a brand identity that felt as organic as the product itself.
Finding
Through a process of thoughtful research, we arrived at the name Buena Fé, which translates to “In Good Faith.” Our goal was to create a visual identity that felt authentic, transparent and organic while resisting the urge to give in to trends. From the logo and type system which borrow elements from Buena Fé’s Mexican roots to the illustration style which is as playful and uncomplicated as the fruit it depicts, we wanted to deliver a brand identity along with packaging and materials that felt fresh, juicy and above all — real.
