RIPE is a human development company creating the future of leadership. Founded by Megan Dolce, RIPE empowers aspiring leaders, through personalized coaching and professional development programs, to better understand themselves and take action. With a focus on compassion, mental health and human connection RIPE helps people uncover their true potential.
Finding
During our interview process, we helped our client create a universe around the idea of wellness and self-exploration. The understanding that each person is on their own path was the inspiration for the wiggly-line drawings whereas bold colors and impactful type system were employed to reinforce the brand’s positively affirming messaging. The name is derived from the aspirational concept of something evolving to its optimal state. The RIPE identity is inclusive and supportive while encouraging people to “get their mind RIPE.”
